DPD international aims to deliver the parcels within 48 to 72 working hours in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy. The minimum delivery time, from the moment you placed the order, is 4 days (48 hours maximum to ship the order + 48 hours to deliver the order). If you are not home when the delivery man tries to deliver the order, the parcel will be kept in the nearest post office for a limited time (a note will be left at your home). You can follow your order, anytime, by entering the shipping number we sent you via email, on the DPD website.

In accordance with the legal France rights, a customer has a right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties with the exception of the expenses of return. This does not apply to customized product orders. The customer has 14 days (from the day the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, physically takes possession of the last property) to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Finsbury of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (by filling in the return form). In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the customer has to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period of withdrawal. The customer will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the items.

Go to our website www.finsbury-shoes.com under "My account".
Click the "My Orders" tab.
Click on your order number (series of letters) in the column "order reference", you will find here all the details of your order.
Scroll down the page and go to the Return Merchandise area.
Tick the product(s) to be returned, indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange and click "create a return"
Your return voucher has been generated.
To print it, go to the "My Returns" tab and download the return label (pdf format).
Make sure to insert this label into your return package and send it to the address appearing on the printed label.
Once your return is handled by our logistics team, we will notify you by e-mail.
The creation of the return label by the customer (following the above process) is strongly recommanded and will accelerates the procedure. Customers can also request a withdrawal via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via post: FINSBURY Internet Customer Service, 22, Avenue de l'Opéra 75001 Paris, FRANCE.
The customer must return the products to the address mentioned on the return ticket without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the customer has informed us of his decision to withdraw from this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been complied with if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period.
In the event of withdrawal from the customer's part of this contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of return costs) without undue delay and no later than 15 days from the day the return package is received We will process the refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you specifically wish to use a different means; In any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
Items returned must be new, unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Any product showing signs of wear and tear, damaged, not accompanied by the return receipt or addressed to a different address than the one indicated, will be refused by Finsbury. The products will in this case be returned to the customer without the latter not requiring any refund or exchange.
The responsibility of the parcel being returned to us remains at the expense of the sender. FINSBURY will not assume any liability for loss or theft of the goods in this case. We therefore advise that returns are made using a trackable delivery service with proof of delivery.
For an exchange, we will send the desired product as soon as your return package has arrived and will have been inspected by our logistics department. You will be informed by e-mail at every step of the return
