Article 1. - Characteristics of the card

The FINSBURY loyalty card is free. It is strictly personal and non-transferable.

The FINSBURY loyalty card is not accessible to employees of FINSBURY and affiliates operating a "FINSBURY" retail outlet, given the special advantages granted to them in this capacity.

Any person holding a loyalty card prior to his employment with FINSBURY or an affiliated company operating a "FINSBURY" retail outlet is prohibited from using it for the entire period of his contract job.

The FINSBURY loyalty card is exclusively reserved for FINSBURY customers. The rights and privileges of the FINSBURY card may not be transferred for consideration or exchanged for cash.

It is not a means of payment.

It is not refundable or exchangeable for any other products sold in stores or on the website.

Article 2. - Acceptance of the terms and conditions

The cardholder acknowledges having read and accepts without reservation or restriction the present terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are available at, in-store and on the FINSBURY mobile app available on the App Store and Google Play.

Article 3 - Allocation of the loyalty card

The FINSBURY card is 100% dematerialized and available on the mobile app FINSBURY. The app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.

Only one card will be allocated per person: same name, first name, address, email.

Article 4 - Benefits of the loyalty card

4.1 Activation of the card

The activation is effective after validation of mandatory data, including the customer's e-mail address, and provided that the information provided is complete and usable.

4.2 Benefits

The FINSBURY loyalty card allows you to earn points from the first purchase, on presentation of the card or by identification of the customer at checkout.

The points are cumulated on all the purchases based on 1 euro spent equals 1 point (on the price actually paid), even on the reduced or promotion items.

This aggregate does not apply to purchases of gift boxes, gift cards and does not take into account shipping costs of the merchant site.

The points can be accumulated on the entire FINSBURY network of participating stores as well as on the merchant site.

When buying on the website, the points of the purchase are credited within 15 working days upon receipt of the parcel (return period).

The date of the first purchase triggers the reference period of 12 months.

If the conversion rate results in a decimal number, the number of points credited will be rounded down to the lower figure.

Example: when purchasing an item for € 1.99, the customer will get 1 point. The cardholder can access its points balance on the Finsbury app, either in the store or on the sales receipt.

4.3 Associated Services

The cardholder benefits from the following advantages:

  •         when reaching 350 points : 5% off the next purchase
  •         when reaching 700 points : 7% off the next purchase
  •         when reaching 1 000 points : 10% of the next order + a leather care (in store). The customer also becomes part of the Premium Loyatly Club

Article 5 - Points credit

In order to be credited with the points corresponding to the transactions carried out, the holder of the FINSBURY loyalty program must present himself at the time of his check-in. Article 6 - Benefits of the vouchers

The holder of the loyalty card earns points on all his purchases made in the stores located in France and on the online store and can enjoy exclusive advantages. For every euro spent, 1 point is earned.

Points are eligible for discounts on upcoming purchases:

  •         when reaching 350 points : 5% off the next purchase
  •         when reaching 700 points : 7% off the next purchase
  •         when reaching 1 000 points : 10% off the next purchase + a leather care (in shops). The customer also becomes part of the Premium Loyalty Club.
  •         Birthday : for your birthday, Finsbury reserves a surprise subject to purchase condition.

Fidelity coupons are not cumulative. A birthday discount can only be coupled with a loyalty discount. If you receive two loyalty vouchers at the same time, the most advantageous voucher will be awarded to you.

Points earned during the reference period are automatically reset to the anniversary date of the same period. It is specified that the reference period is a period of 12 months from the date of the first purchase.

When reaching several thresholds in 1 sale, the customer is not entitled to an accumulation of coupons. The voucher issued at the end of the sale is the default one with the highest percentage.

Eg: A purchase of 900 euros (900 pts) means you reached the thresholds of 350 pts (5%) and 700 pts (7%). In this case, your coupon will be 7% (not 5% + 7%)

The benefits can not be refunded in cash.

Article 7 – End of validity

7.1 End of validity, reasons

If not used within 3 years, the customer account will be automatically deactivated from our database. The account will also be deactivated in case of violation of the general conditions of use of the card, or the end of the program referred to in article 8.2. Account holders will be notified by any means.

Any deactivation of the account will result in the correlative and immediate cancellation of the points accumulated by the holder which have not expired, without any compensation being claimed by the latter in any capacity whatsoever.

In any case, the accumulated points can not be transferred to another loyalty card.

The cardholder can, on request, contact the customer service department ( to cancel his / her loyalty card. In this case, the accumulated points will be canceled without any compensation being demanded by the holder in any capacity whatsoever.

7.2 Theft

In case of theft of the card (piracy of his dematerialized card or impersonation of identity) the holder must declare it in store as quickly as possible so that his card is blocked.

Article 8 - Modification of the terms and contidions and closure of the program

8.1 Modification of the tems and conditions

Members of the FINSBURY Loyalty Club agree that these general terms and conditions can be modified in whole or in part at any time.

8.2 Termination of the program

Cardholders accept the possibility of a temporary and / or final shutdown of the program.

In this case, the cardholders will be informed at least one month before the program is actually closed. In the event of a definitive closure of the program, the cards will no longer be valid and the credited points will be canceled on the date of the program's shutdown, without compensation and / or compensation of any kind.

In the event of the termination of the loyalty program, the advantages acquired by the cardholders may be used during the period indicated to you in the store and at the end of which they will be permanently lost. Failure to use the card for a period of more than one year may result in the loss of your membership in the loyalty program and the associated benefits.

Article 9 - Collection of personal data, IT law and rights

9.1 Accuracy and changes in the personal data of the cardholder

The cardholder guarantees the accuracy of the data affixed to the membership form.

FINSBURY can not be held responsible for the consequences of incorrect or inoperative information.

Any change in the cardholder's details specified in the activation form must be communicated to FINSBURY at once.

AB Trading Group, owner of Finsbury guarantees the confidentiality of your personal data. It undertakes to limit its use for internal purposes and your data will never be disclosed or sold to a third party outside the AB Trading Group.

9.2 Application of the law 78-17 from January the 6th 1978 known as the data processing and freedom

In accordance with the provisions of the law N78-17 known as data processing and freedoms dated 6 January 1978, the cardholder is informed that the personal information collected by FINSBURY is necessary to process the activation request and the application of personalized offers related to the FINSBURY loyalty program.

Failure to answer all mandatory questions in the form will prevent the FINSBURY Card from being activated and no points can be accumulated on the card.

The personal data collected for the FINSBURY card are processed by computer.

Thus, and in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, the holder has a right of access, rectification and cancellation of the collected data concerning him. This right of access, rectification and cancellation of personal data concerning him may be exercised upon written request to FINSBURY customer service.

Article 10 – Jurisdiction

In the event of a claim relating to the sale or use of the FINSBURY loyalty card, French law and French courts will only be applicable.
