What is our project?
Aware that we operate in a potentially polluting industry, at Finsbury, we aim to position ourselves as a contributor to reducing these environmental issues. This desire led to the creation of our shoe repair service, which allows us to repair our products rather than discard them. The Greenwood collection is a continuation of this approach.
Our commitments
At Finsbury, all our soles are manufactured in our European factories and are continually improved to achieve perfect quality while respecting environmental standards.
Our factories are all located in Europe within a radius of approximately 1,300 to 1,800 km from our storage warehouses.
To continue our momentum, the boxes in which our shoes are carefully packaged are made exclusively from recycled cardboard. Our goal is to minimize waste.
Throughout these different stages, we are always striving to be more eco-responsible, whether in the design of our products or in our workshops, boutiques or at our head office.
All about Greenwood
Completely eco-responsible, the Greenwood was designed with a very specific goal in mind: respect for the environment. With a rubber sole and 100% recyclable vegan materials, and made from 80% recycled materials, the Greenwood is perfectly in line with our commitment to environmental well-being.
How to wear Greenwood?
In addition to all its eco-friendly qualities, our "green" sneaker is easily wearable. Whether with rolled-up jeans or well-tailored chinos, it's hard to go wrong with the Greenwood, which will allow you to achieve a laid-back look.
How to maintain it?
For everyday use, start by waterproofing the exterior of your sneakers before wearing them for the first time after purchase. This product will protect the leather from rain and prevent stains from setting. Repeat this process regularly to ensure the product continues to work over time.
