No withdrawal is possible for processing that is carried out on the basis of a contract or that is necessary to protect our legitimate interests or those of a third party. The withdrawal will therefore have no impact on these processing operations.

8/ DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

FINSBURY aims to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, falsification, miscommunication to third parties, unauthorized modification, unlawful destruction or accidental loss, and we use and maintain reasonable processes, systems and technologies for this purpose.
