PURPOSES NOT COVERED IN THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
If we plan to process your personal data for a purpose not covered in the privacy statement, we will contact you via the email address you have provided to inform you of this new processing and its purpose, it being understood that you will have the option to refuse this processing.
5/ DIRECT MARKETING

Finsbury will not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
7/ WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT
You can always withdraw the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data by sending us a request in writing or electronically, with a copy of your identity card.
No withdrawal is possible for processing carried out on the basis of a contract or which is necessary for the defense of our legitimate interests or those of a third party. Withdrawal will therefore have no impact on such processing.
Withdrawal of your consent will also not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out based on the consent given before such withdrawal.
8/ PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD
We apply a general rule of retaining the personal data we process only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
In general, we retain your personal data for a period of time corresponding to a statute of limitations setting the period during which actions can be brought before a court. No erasure is possible if the processing of these data is necessary for the fulfillment or execution of a contract, for argumentation or defense in the context of legal action.

If we believe that you are not entitled to exercise one or more of these rights, we will inform you in writing.

FINSBURY aims to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, inappropriate use or disclosure, falsification, erroneous communication to third parties, unauthorized modification, unlawful destruction or accidental loss, and we use and maintain reasonable processes, systems and technologies for this purpose. However, you acknowledge that no transmission over the Internet is completely secure or error-free, and that these processes, systems and technologies used and maintained by FINSBURY may be subject to malicious acts.
Therefore, we cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from incorrect or unlawful use of your personal data by a third party.
