We remind you that the size of a city shoe is different from that of a sports shoe.
We have very low return rates. However, if you'd like to return your item for a different size, remember that we accept returns within 14 days. Simply visit our Shipping & Returns page and follow the instructions.
Please note that for some models, we recommend that you choose a half size smaller (if you usually wear a size 8, we recommend a 7.5) or larger (if you usually wear a size 8, we recommend an 8.5) than your usual size. You will find these recommendations on our product pages, in the "Seller's advice" box just below the "add to cart" button .
Is your shoe a little too wide for your foot?
To reduce this gap, we recommend adding a sole inside your shoes. This, in addition to providing superior cushioning and comfort, will fill the small space in your shoe.
Our large size shoes (size 12 and up) are available with a €15 supplement (except Dandy, Jackson, Key West, Ibiza, Oak, Tucson and Bahia models).
If you have a strong foot, we recommend the following models: Amalfi, Balmoral, Barton, Bogart, Consul, Diplomat, Epsom, Harlow, Lugano, Oxford, Shannon, Steed, Strand 2, Vasco and Whitney.

This table lists the different shoe sizes available as well as their French and English size equivalents to help you choose your size.
Please note that on the Finsbury-shoes website, sizes are systematically communicated in UK sizes .
Belts
Our leather and suede belts are available in several sizes.
If the size you want is no longer available, please note that these belts are very easily adjustable . To do this, simply unbuckle the buckle, cut off the excess belt, checking that it is the right size, and then buckle it again.
The available sizes correspond to the following measurement (from the end of the loop, to the second notch):
Please note : Our braided belts do not have a notch. You can simply adjust them to fit your size.
Shoe trees
We offershoe trees to shoe sizes.
This is to ensure they fit your shoe size as closely as possible. So make sure you choose a shoe tree that is the same size as your pair of shoes.
If your shoe is a half size, we recommend choosing a shoe tree half a size larger to completely fill the shoe (example: if your shoe is size 41.5, we recommend a size 42 shoe tree).
