For a return of an order delivered with DHL² (shipping and return costs are at your expense), please contact customer service to receive a DHL¹ return label: service.client@finsbury-shoes.com

For a return of an order delivered with DPD¹ (shipping and return costs are at your expense³), a return label is available in your package*. You can drop off your package at the DPD pick-up point of your choice.

Once your package is received by our logistics team, it will be checked and validated within 14 days, depending on the period. After validation, we will process your return request. The refund will be made directly to the payment method used for the purchase, minus the return shipping costs.
